Choose the right service

• Roof cleaning is the starting point when moss is holding water in the laps or filling the gutters. It suits tile and slate roofs that need a careful dry strip and treatment rather than aggressive pressure.
• Gutter cleaning is for overflowing runs, green staining below joints, seedlings in the gutter or a downpipe that is not draining. A water test confirms the system works after clearing.
• Pressure washing is for hard surfaces that can take controlled washing, including flags, block paving, stone and suitable render. Delicate roofs and fragile masonry need a softer approach.
• Rendering is for cracked, hollow or failed render, from a local repair to a full elevation. The wall and its moisture movement decide the finish.
• Patio cleaning is for dirty flags, block paving and natural stone. Re-sanding or sealing can follow where the joints or surface need more protection.
• Driveway cleaning is for moss, weeds and oil staining on block paving or tarmac. Re-sanding and sealing are options when the surface is otherwise sound.
• Exterior painting is for prepared masonry, render and exterior woodwork that needs a fresh, weather-resistant finish. Preparation matters more than adding another coat over a failing surface.
• Gutter replacement is the better fit when gutters are split, sagging, poorly aligned or repeatedly failing after a clean.
• Fascia and soffit cleaning is for dirty plastic fascias, soffits and bargeboards that are sound but marked by weather, algae or grime.
• Fascia and soffit replacement is for rotten timber or brittle, damaged uPVC at the roof edge, with the guttering made good as part of the work.
• Damp proofing is for penetrating damp that needs its source traced at the wall, roof edge or ground level before internal finishes are repaired.
